2-DAY GENERAL ADMISSION (GA)

A GA boarding pass grants you entry to Desert Air for two days of dance music on the airport tarmac with access to public seating and food and beverage vendors. All guests must be 21+ for entry.

  • No difference in tiers other than price. Buy early to save!
  • A shuttle pass is recommended for transportation to and from the Air Museum. There is no parking at the venue.
  • Quantities limited, while supplies last.

2-DAY VIP

A first class pass to Desert Air which includes admission and the following amenities:

  • Access to a VIP hangar adjacent to the stage
  • A reserved VIP stage viewing pit
  • Comfortable seating, tables, and ottomans
  • Private VIP bar with exclusive beverage offerings
  • Dedicated VIP restrooms
  • Access to all GA areas

Secure premium seating and service with a VIP Table reservation. All VIP Table reservations include dedicated table check-in with express entry and private reserved seating and service. The VIP Table reservation fees set forth below are separate from and in addition to the applicable table’s purchase minimum (i.e., the minimum amount you will need to spend at the event on beverages, before tax & service charges, while at the reserved table). The applicable purchase minimum will be collected onsite directly by the event’s concessionaire in accordance with such concessionaire’s policies and procedures.

VIP Table reservations are an add-on for VIP Tickets to Desert Air; tickets to Desert Air are NOT included in the price for the VIP Table reservation and must be purchased separately. A VIP ticket is required for entry to the reserved table area(s). If VIP tickets are sold out, email us here for custom packages.

1-Day (Friday or Saturday) Silver Table: $300 + 1,500 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 8 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday or Saturday
  • $300 Reservation Fee does NOT include the table’s beverage purchase minimum, which must be paid separately onsite
  • Purchase minimum charged onsite: $1,500. This is the minimum amount you need to spend, before tax and a 23% service charge, on beverages and is charged separately at the event.

1-Day (Friday or Saturday) Gold Table: $300 + $2,000 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 10 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday or Saturday
  • Upgraded seating location with stage view
  • $300 Reservation Fee does NOT include the table’s beverage purchase minimum, which must be paid separately onsite
  • Purchase minimum charged onsite: $2,000. This is the minimum amount you need to spend, before tax and a 23% service charge, on beverages and is charged separately at the event.

1-Day (Friday or Saturday) Platinum Table: $300 + $2,500 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 10 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday or Saturday
  • Upgraded and expanded seating area with premium stage view

2-Day Silver Table: $500 + $3,000 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 10 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday & Saturday
  • Upgraded and expanded seating area with premium stage view

  • Purchase minimum charged onsite: $3,000. This is the minimum amount you need to spend, before tax and a 23% service charge, on beverages and is charged separately at the event.

2-Day Gold Table: $500 + $4,000 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 10 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday & Saturday
  • Upgraded and expanded seating area with premium stage view
  • $300 Reservation Fee does NOT include the table’s beverage purchase minimum, which must be paid separately onsite
  • Purchase minimum charged onsite: $4,000. This is the minimum amount you need to spend, before tax and a 23% service charge, on beverages and is charged separately at the event.

2-Day Platinum Table: $500 + $5,000 Minimum

  • Reserved seating for up to 10 inside the VIP Hangar for Friday & Saturday
  • Upgraded and expanded seating area with premium stage view
  • $300 Reservation Fee does NOT include the table’s beverage purchase minimum, which must be paid separately onsite
  • Purchase minimum charged onsite: $5,000. This is the minimum amount you need to spend, before tax and a 23% service charge, on beverages and is charged separately at the event.

2-DAY SHUTTLE PASS

Looking for the easiest and best way to and from the Air Museum? Desert Air shuttles are the only official shuttle option available with direct access to the venue. Shuttles stops will be located at the Palm Springs Convention Center / Renaissance + Saguaro hotel. Free overnight parking is available at the Convention Center to shuttle pass holders to park and ride.

There is no parking available at the Air Museum itself. A rideshare pickup/dropoff point is provided but please be aware that drivers are limited in Palm Springs.

PAYMENT PLAN

Buy now, pay later! Divide your order into two equal payments with the Desert Air Payment Plan.

  • Payment plans are available for all orders over $200.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • In order to use the payment plan, select payment plan at checkout.
  • 50% due at time of purchase and 50% due the following month on the same day of purchase.
  • Subsequent payment will be automatically charged using the original form of payment.
  • There is a $5 fee to use the Desert Air Payment Plan - this will be added to your order at check out.
  • Payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • Payment Plans available through October 19th.

MISSED PAYMENTS

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
