TICKET & ORDER INFO

TICKET INFORMATION

  • All Ticket & Hotel Package purchasers will be sent AXS Mobile ID tickets for the passes included with your order. Please note, your mobile ticket(s) will be scanned at the box office in exchange for your wristband(s) that is required for entry throughout the weekend.
  • If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual mobile tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the AXS App.
  • For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken or printed out in advance of entry will not be valid.
  • The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.
  • Wristbands are valid for 2-day weekend admission.

ORDER INFORMATION

  • This is a 21+ Event. A valid ID will be required for verification at pickup.
  • There is an 8 ticket limit.
  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Do not buy tickets from a third party or scalper. Third party sales can’t be guaranteed, authenticated or supported
  • A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
  • Show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum browser requirements are required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

FAN ACCOUNT

Once you’ve purchased your passes, you can manage your order via Fan Account. To access Fan Account, login HERE and select ‘Fan Account’ from the left side menu. Here, you can do things like:

  • View order details
  • View payment plan and payment schedule
  • View special offers and upgrades
  • Transfer your order to a friend

TICKET TRANSFERS

For those of you that would like to transfer your passes to another friend, you can use the ticket transfer feature inside Fan Account.

Here’s how:

  1. Download the AXS mobile app/sign in
  2. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom
  3. Tap “Desert Air”
  4. Tap “Transfer”
  5. Enter recipient’s first/last name + email address
  6. Tap Continue
  7. Review the information and tap transfer
  8. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download the AXS App and view tickets.

A few things to know:

  • Hotel packages will show up in your AXS account beginning October 1st. Packages (including your hotel room AND tickets) can be transferred until Thursday, December 2nd at 6pm PT. If you need to transfer the name on your Hotel Package after this deadline, please contact Valley Music Travel for more information. Tickets associated with your hotel package will be delivered to your AXS account beginning December 5th.

  • NEGATIVE TEST OR VACCINE REQUIREMENT

    After seeing first-hand the low transmission data alongside the rising vaccination rate of eligible Americans, we feel confident that we can safely update our policy for Desert Air that allows for negative covid test taken within 72 hours of the event OR proof of full vaccination.
